He has extensive experience in the litigation and trial of complex personal injury and civil trial matters. The firm primarily handles significant accident/injury or wrongful death personal injury litigation, but the firm also takes various other civil cases when there are important public interest law issues at stake or on behalf of indigent or other injured parties who might not otherwise be able to obtain legal representation.

Board Certified

David E. Jones is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In addition to being licensed for the general practice of law, board certified attorneys in Texas must have years of experience actually handling jury trials in a wide variety of cases, be evaluated by fellow lawyers and judges, and pass an additional day-long written examination. Only approximately 10% of lawyers in Texas are board certified. Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS).
